• Regulation means the restriction of people’s rights or obligations by the state or local governments to make a realization of a certain objectives. Thus, the individuals and business may be restricted by regulation.
  These regulations include economic and environmental restrictions to prevent monopolization and pollution.

The Presidential Committee on Regulator Reform is operated in order to deliberate and coordinate the government’s regulatory policies, and for the review of regulations and push ahead with the matters needs to be fixed.

Total of 25 members, with 7 members in the ministry of government, and 16 members of the Civil Commission.

There are two main types of systems that reform the existing regulations.

1. 1. Regulatory reform through a meeting of ministers. The president is the chairman and Prime Minister is vice-president. Minister with numbers of regulations are the object for the meeting. Meeting are scheduled every quarter to promote regulatory reform for the basic direction of it and for the revitalization of the economy and maximization of private sector autonomy and creativity.

2. The Prime Minister’s office, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Business Central Committee are to set up and proceed the regulation reform. Regulations that prevent the entry into the market or outdated are major obstacles to the business’s economic activity.

Although the government itself is steadily pushing the unreasonable regulatory reforms by supporting the fourth industrial revolution and innovation growth, it still suffers from the regulations by individual companies. Companies, organizations, and other groups need to reform and change the outdated practices, systems and unreasonable regulations in the industry. Regulatory reform should go through a difficult process of revising the National Assembly Act and revising the enforcement rules of the government.
