Factory establishment“Factory establishment” means establishing or extending factories.
Scope of factory founding1. Relocation of factory: Cancelling the registration on existing cadaster and establishing or extending the factory doing the same work in another place.
2. Change of the business-type: Changing or adding the type of business that is permitted or registered.
3. Installing production facilities: Factories that are cancelled with its registration due to the permission without prior approval of business type, the destruction of business or manufacturing facilities. It is possible to be part of the market of the area is 500㎡ or above, and have an appropriate permission to the part or entire factory from mayor, governor, or head of Gu (Korean land division unit).
4. Registration of factory: The owner of the factory can register his/her factory if the property for factory construction is less than 500㎡, which is excluded from factory establish permission.
